Gaby helped us put together a three day wedding event and it was absolutely fabulous! Working with her was as stress-free as wedding planning could be. I provided inspiration photos and her and her amazing vendors delivered above and beyond my expectations. I too was once was a event coordinator myself. With that being said I have pretty high expectations, and Gaby delivered! Whether it were the florals, the hand-lit candles, chandeliers hanging from the tent, fire works, amazing band, rental linens, furniture, all of the details were absolutely magical and well executed by Gaby. My guests completely fell in love with San Miguel, and all mentioned how they cannot wait to return. From our Callejoneada, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day, Gaby outdid every idea and dream I had. My husband and I were blown away with everything! The flowers, the cake, the late-night tacos, everything was amazing, and we were speechless afterward!
I was planning from afar (in Texas,) and Gaby was always available, whether it was by email, messaging, and FaceTime. She is very professional, nailed every detail beautifully, and also kept us on time and on budget. She also answered EVERY SINGLE ONE of my questions...and she did so without making us feel silly or overwhelmed. She has a calm demeanor which helps in the craziness of planning a destination wedding.
Gaby has top-notch vendors too! The flowers were so beautiful, beyond what I imagined. I have a foodie pallet, and the chef’s food was incredibly good! I could eat the rice with our main dish every day! The baker got all of my requests and details just right! Everything came together so well, more than we ever imagined it would.
We wanted a wedding weekend in San Miguel de Allende that was incredibly fun, exciting, adventurous, filled with amazing food, filled with love, and a lot of laughter. When I look back on our wedding weekend, Gaby made this happen 1000%.
My guests still today cannot stop raving about how fun and beautiful our wedding was! My husband and I can’t either; it was easily the best night/weekend of our lives. Even my Dad, who is a man of very few words, said that Gaby did an amazing job and the wedding was perfect!

We spoke with a number of wedding planners when we began preparing for our wedding in San Miguel, and Gaby was absolutely the right choice for us. Over the many months we worked with her, she was professional, efficient, organized, and capable, and she was quick to respond to our many, many questions, staying in close contact over WhatsApp and making it clear she was always willing to video chat for longer conversations. She handled virtually all of the communication with most of our vendors, and it was such a relief knowing she was on top of everything; there are so many details and decisions that come with a wedding, and Gaby helped us save a lot of time, energy, and mental space by doing the bulk of the coordinating.
While we were visiting San Miguel for a planning trip about a year before the wedding, our original venue fell through (through no fault of Gaby’s), and Gaby helped turn what could have been a major setback into a blessing in disguise. She arranged a number of last-minute venue tours and helped us quickly rebook a new venue that ended up being totally perfect for us. She was also super patient with us throughout the entire planning process, staying flexible when we were indecisive or reconsidering details, and she even organized a second floral trial for us after we changed our minds about the design.
Throughout the wedding celebrations, which included three events over three days, Gaby absolutely killed it. Our guests raved about everything: The energy of the callejoneada, the stunning venues, the truly delicious food (I can easily say it’s the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding, and I’ve been to many — DO NOT skip late-night tacos al pastor!), the gorgeous decor, and the incredibly attentive service (seriously, the bartenders and servers were a joy to work with and made sure everyone had what they needed before they even knew they needed it) blew everyone out of the water. For weeks after the trip, our parents kept commenting on how flawlessly Gaby and her team pulled everything off, and we’re still smiling every time we think about the weekend. It was truly the most joyful and memorable time of our lives, and we’re so grateful to have had Gaby on this journey with us!

Diego and I got married in San Miguel de Allende on November 9, 2019. Half of the guests came in from out of town and the other half were already in Mexico. We are based in Los Angeles, CA, so we made it a point to hire a local wedding planner that would be our eyes and ears on the ground. We are happy to say, Gaby did more than just that.
From the beginning, Gaby was receptive and open-minded to our ideas and items on our wish list. She would find a couple of options for us which made it very easy to make a decision (i.e. flowers, candles, chairs, tables, etc.). She know the best vendors in town, so we knew we were getting quality, reliable service, which was one less thing to worry about.
We were married at the Belmond, so she also managed the relationship with the venue, which saved us a lot of work. She recommended a DJ company and reassured us it was the best in town - she was right. Her English is perfect so we were able to communicate with her over the phone, email, and WhatsApp without a problem.
Honestly, the part I loved the most about Gaby is her confidence. Gaby knows what she is doing. She's not new to this and it showed in every way. I wanted someone who could execute my ideas and she did. Perfectly. She didn't have to ask me 100 questions, she understood what I wanted and just got it done. It took a lot of work off my plate.
To anyone that is thinking of having a destination wedding in San Miguel de Allende - please talk to Gaby. She will answer all your questions truthfully and give you realistic expectations from the very start. The fact that we had no surprises or setbacks during the entire weekend speaks volumes to what she was able to help us accomplish during our special weekend.
